"Feels like they’re dodging emails"
I’ve tried reaching out by email a few times and never got a response. Maybe they’re just busy, but it kind of feels like they don’t want to deal with questions once they already have your attention. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple reply.

"Decent TV, but the apps need work"
The TV itself works fine for the most part, but the app compatibility has been frustrating. A few apps I use regularly either run slower than I expected or don’t even show up in the app store. I ended up having to use a streaming stick, which is kind of annoying after buying a smart TV. I really expected things to be faster and smoother out of the box. Hisense definitely needs to improve this

"Absolute Nightmare Trying to Get a Replacement"
Trying to get a replacement from Hisense has been an absolute saga. I sent them everything they asked for, photos, receipt, serial number, the whole treasure chest, and somehow they kept coming back asking for the same things all over again. Every reply took days, and it felt like no one had any clue what the last person told me. I had to call multiple times just to hear the same dramatic little line: “It’s being reviewed.” Weeks later, I still don’t have a working TV or even a straight answer. Super frustrating, and after this circus, I definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Worked Well at First, Then Became Frustrating"
The TV was perfectly fine in the beginning and the picture quality was decent, so I really thought I’d made a good purchase. But after a few months, it started shutting off randomly, which got annoying quickly. I contacted support, but the response was quite slow and not especially helpful. it was just a disappointing experience overall, and I don’t think I’d buy a Hisense TV again

"Setup Was a Bit of Headache"
It took way too long for me to get everything working. The steps on site were kind of confusing, and I ended up having to restart it twice before it finally connected the right way. Maybe it works fine after setup is done, but getting to that point was frustrating

"Good picture, terrible sound"
The picture is actually fine, but the sound is really bad. Voices come through muffled, and I have to turn the volume way up just to hear normal conversations. I messed with the settings hoping it would fix it, but it barely helped. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them and buying this TV. Frustrating for something brand new.

"I have mixed feelings about my Hisense TV..."
I have mixed feelings about my Hisense TV. When it works, the picture is really good and I actually like using it, but every software update seems to mess something up. One update fixed a small issue I had, then the next one made apps freeze or reset half my settings. Support usually just tells me to wait for another update, which is frustrating because that’s what caused the problem in the first place. I still don’t totally hate the TV, but I’m getting tired of feeling like I’m testing unfinished software.

"Helpful in the end, but way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I had to reach out to Hisense support because my TV wasn’t connecting properly. The person I spoke with was nice and eventually helped get it sorted out, but it took a couple of calls and a lot of waiting around. it felt like extra work on my end just to get a basic issue fixed. Not the worst experience, but it was slower and more confusing than I expected

"Didn't last as long as I hoped"
I’m not totally sure if I just got unlucky, but it ended up breaking after about a year of use. I expected it to hold up a bit longer, so that was disappointing.

"Seems like it just doesn’t clean well"
I’ve used it a few times now, and I’m starting to think this is just how it performs. My clothes still come out looking dirty, so I’m assuming it’s not washing as well as it should.

"Pretty disappointed with the cooling"
I bought this Hisense AC hoping it would cool down the room properly, but it’s been frustrating. It runs for hours and the room still feels warm, which is not what I expected at all. I even had to keep a fan on with it, and at that point it kind of defeats the whole purpose of having an AC.

I spent around a few minutes trying to find what I was looking for, but I couldn’t really get anywhere. The pages felt kind of confusing, and I kept ending up in places that didn’t seem helpful.

"Delivery could’ve been handled a lot better"
I ordered directly from Hisense, the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and the delivery date changed twice without much of an explanation, which kind of felt like nobody was really keeping me in the loop. When it finally showed up, the box was all beat up, and the driver just left it by the door without even knocking. Customer service didn’t really help either, they basically just told me to wait. I don’t think I’ll be ordering direct again.

"Honestly annoying"
The apps freeze way too often, and the remote is, i don’t even know why it lags so much. Then the TV randomly restarts itself in the middle of using it. It’s just frustrating as an everyday TV.

"Weeks of Waiting and Still Nothing Fixed"
I’m beyond frustrated. Support has been dragging this out for weeks, and I still don’t have an actual fix. Every time I think maybe it’s finally getting handled, there’s another delay or vague response. It’s been such a headache, I feel like I’ve aged ten years just waiting for help.

"I wanted to like it but…"
I wanted to like it but it feels flimsy and after about two weeks it started rattling every time I used it. Not great for the price.

"Kind of Feels Behind the Times"
I don’t know if it’s just me, but the design feels a bit outdated. It still works fine, but the overall look and feel could definitely use a refresh, right?
